How to Fill Up Your Webinar and Make Sales

Do you want to fill up your webinar fast AND make sales? This video breaks down the process I use to do exactly that.

1. Choose a Topic They Can't Resist

The topic of your webinar should be one that your consumers want and not necessarily one they need. Your webinar must have an irresistible topic/title so that your ideal client can't resist but opt-in.

2. Create a Simple Opt-in

Don't overcomplicate your opt-in. Make sure it's easy to understand to prevent confusing your ideal client. The opt-in doesn't have to be stuffed with lots of copy or graphics. Some of my best-performing opt-ins have been very no-frills.

3. Make a Ladder Post

Use a ladder post to promote your webinar. You can post on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook and simply ask your ideal client to comment if they want the link to your opt-in. After they comment, simply reply to their comment or message them. Make sure to only post in groups where your ideal client hangs out and that allow promo posts.

4. Use Facebook Ads

Facebook ads a great way to fill up your webinar fast, especially if you have the budget to do it. I recommend having a budget of $4-$6 per lead unless you are selling a high-ticket program. Successful Facebook ads revolve around targeting, graphics, and copy. If you need help setting up your Facebook ads, check out my $27 Facebook ads course.

It's now time to make sales from your webinar. Here are my best webinar tips:

Be Clear and Concise

Your webinar should provide answers to your prospects’ problems. Keep in mind that it is all about providing value. Don't spend too much time talking about yourself. Your ideal client is not there to learn about you, but to find out if you can help them.

Keep Your Audience Engaged

Engage your audience by asking them questions and allowing them to do something versus just taking notes. They should be able to see how you stand out from the competition and get a sense of what it's like to be apart of your offer.

Benefit Stack

Instead of focusing on the value of your offer, concentrate on the benefits. You can break down your offer by explaining how each component will benefit your client. This is much more effective than just randomly assigning a monetary value to each component.

Perfect Your Email Sequence

Be sure to remind people to attend your webinar by sending out reminder emails. My webinar invitations usually go out one day before, one hour before and fifteen minutes before the webinar begins. I let them know the title of the webinar and what they can expect to learn during the webinar.

Send out a replay email after the webinar and introduce your offer. After that, send 5-7 emails promoting your offer in the following few days.

I recommend sending out: storytelling emails (get transparent!), case study emails (show social proof), and urgency emails (get them to make that decision) to convert your prospective clients into paying customers. Since most conversions occur in the emails rather than at the webinar, your email sequence is extremely important.

I hope these tips will help you fill up your next webinar fast and make sales. If you're interested in utilizing Facebook ads to do so, don't forget to check out my $27 Facebook Ads Course or click here to apply to work with my agency directly.
