5 Ways to Automate Your Business

For example, I only take calls on Wednesdays and Fridays. While Mondays are spent on batching content. You'll spend more time being productive when you focus on specific tasks, rather than hopping around.

2. Have a Sales Funnel

You can use sales funnels to grow your email list and to direct your audience to take an action. Moreover, they're the perfect way to generate passive income and book sales calls. It's a no-brainer to automate your business with sales funnels. 

3. Hire a Virtual Assistant

Let go of tasks that are too time-consuming by outsourcing. You can hire a virtual assistant to help automate your business even further. A virtual assistant can handle tasks such as social media scheduling, content creation, video editing, and more. By outsourcing these tasks, you can focus on your business as a whole.

4. Find the Laziest Way

The Bill Gates quote: "I always choose a lazy person to do a hard job, because a lazy person will find an easy way to do it." is always at forefront of my mind while I'm working. I choose to work smarter, not harder. Whenever possible, I repurpose content, do recorded trainings instead of live challenges, and use funnels and Facebook ads to automate my business.

5. Know Your Tools

Pick a few tools to help you automate your business. For example, Calendly and Acuity are great for automated scheduling. While a messenger bot like Manychat can cut down on the amount of time you spend answering questions from prospective clients. You can save dozens of hours each month by simply using the right automation tools.
