Terms And Conditions of Purchase

By purchasing The Ad Funnel (the “Course”) from Alexandra Ramirez (“Consultant”), and Divine Business Management LLC (“Company), you agree and consent to the following terms and conditions that govern your use of the Course and that form a legal agreement between you and the Consultant.

EARNINGS DISCLAIMER AND INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Your use of Course is at your own risk. By visiting this Course, you accept, agree and understand that you are solely responsible for your own progress and any of the results that you may or may not achieve in connection with the information that Alexandra Ramirez (“we” or “us”) provides to you on this Course. You understand that we do not offer any representations, warranties, or guarantees, verbally or in writing, regarding your earnings, business profit, marketing performance, audience growth or any results of any kind. You alone are responsible for any actions that you take and the results therefrom. You agree that your results are dependent on various factors including but not limited to, skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, business acumen, and finance and in no way dependent on any information, products or services that we provide to you on this Course. You also understand that any testimonials or endorsements (herein “Opinions”) made by our customers or audience and represented on this Course, or through our products, services, programs, offerings, other websites, sales pages, other webpages, or through any other content, are solely opinions from individuals, which have not been factually or scientifically evaluated by us or proven by others. Similarly, any information contained on this Course and through our products, services, programs, offerings, other websites, sales pages, other webpages, or through any other content, are solely our opinion and thus, not representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind.

PAYMENT

You are responsible for paying for the Course and for providing Consultant with a valid credit card or other payment method. If the payment is declined, returned or deemed fraudulent, your access to the Course may be terminated.

REFUND POLICY

Due to your purchase being a digital product in a business capacity and downloadable at the time of purchase, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. All purchases are binding and final.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

This Course includes materials protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Such materials include but are not limited to written text, workbooks, videos, photos, and graphics. Any reproduction or unauthorized use shall constitute infringement. Duplicating, sharing or uploading Course material to sharing sites is considered stealing and Consultant may prosecute such misconduct to the fullest extent permitted by law. Consultant provides you with this Course solely for your personal, noncommercial use and you agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use in compliance with this Agreement. You will not use the Course in a manner that constitutes infringement or that has not been authorized by Coach. More specifically, you may view, download, print, email and use these materials for your personal, noncommercial purposes only. You may not republish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, display, distribute or other wise use any material from the Course for commercial purposes.

PRIVACY

Throughout the Course, we provide links to Internet sites maintained by third parties. Some of the links we provide are “affiliate links.” This means if you click on the link and purchase the item connected to that link, COMPANY will receive an affiliate commission. This disclosure is made in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR, Part 255: “Courses Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.” Neither we nor affiliates operate or control in any respect any information, products or services that third parties may provide on or through the Course or on websites linked to by us on the Course. All opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available by third parties, including information providers, are those of the respective authors or distributors, and not COMPANY. Neither COMPANY nor any third-party provider of information guarantees the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content. Furthermore, COMPANY neither endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy and reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made on any portion of the Course by anyone other than an authorized COMPANY representative while acting in his/her official capacity.

SELF STUDY

The Course does not include individual consulting. It is a self-study Course. At times, Consultant may offer group calls in her sole discretion.

FACEBOOK GROUP AGREEMENT

Every term and condition of this Agreement equally applies to any activities in the private Facebook group created for members of the Course (the “Group”). The Group is subject to Facebook terms and conditions. Consultant does not have authority or control over Facebook and cannot predict any changes or rules to Facebook. Consultant is not liable for the Group being made available to you or your rights to access Facebook. Additionally, Consultant may institute community rules and Courselines for the Group with which you agree to comply.

Limitation of Liability.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL WE, OUR SUBSIDIARY AND PARENT COMPANIES OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE Course, INCLUDING ITS MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES, OR THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE Course, EVEN IF WE ARE ADVISED BEFOREHAND OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. (BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN CATEGORIES OF DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, OUR LIABILITY AND THE LIABILITY OF OUR SUBSIDIARY AND PARENT COMPANIES OR AFFILIATES IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY SUCH STATE LAW.) PARTICIPANT acknowledges and agrees that no representation has been made by COMPANY OR ITS AFFILIATES and relied upon as to the future income, expenses, sales volume or potential profitability that may be derived from the participation in or purchase of any product or service on this SITE.

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of COMPANY and our respective assigns, successors, heirs, and legal representatives. Neither this Agreement nor any rights hereunder may be assigned without the prior written consent of COMPANY. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all rights and obligations under this Agreement may be freely assigned by COMPANY to any affiliated entity or any of its wholly owned subsidiaries.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the city of Maricopa, AZ. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
